Why does it look like the app has not updated?
Close the app completely and reopen it. If you still see the old version, clear the browser's site data for wildlyspecies.com in your phone's settings.
Do I need an account?
No. You can browse nearby wildlife and learn about species without signing in. A free account lets you save favorites and log your own sightings.
